Most likely just compressed chakra laser like the rest of Aos attacks. It didn't even come from a cloud but the mirrors so I don't know how u came to the lightning conclusion

Yeah, this thread has derailed a bit from the original topic, but a thread needs to be made about the tiering of characters just based on their titles. That thread will effect the results of this.

personally he should be downgraded to something that is actually reasonable like 9A/8C, i dont even know where this 8A+ even comes from, the striking strength should also be decrease to 9B since boruto punch is nowhere near sarada, if there striking strength is identical to ninjutsu then what is the point of using ninjutsu when striking someone with a punch would be more potent and more efficient, this belief that ninja striking strength=ninjutsu makes every damn ninja a tsunade and sakura which is completely unreal and false

I understand your former point and have been thinking about it the past few months.
Your latter point may be moot though on the standard for lightning. If it behaves like lightning and has properties of lightning then we accept it as lightning speed.
