It varies on the context of what the bone is designed to do, what part is hit & how it's hit. Something like the weakest bone (the collarbone) is designed to help move your arm via the shoulder. The strongest bone (the femur) is designed to help you walk (which is something everyone regularly does) & takes 4000 N to break a typical one. So if it's a bone that could be strong like the femur or slightly weaker, it should be peak human in LS.
