So Jeffrey is gonna spam bombs, Deku has a lot of power to create wind pressure to lift buildings if not obliterate them entirely so he has a chance here. It’s really a question of if Jeffrey can spam enough before Deku punches him in the face a few times. Jeffrey has an infinite supply so that enhances his chances greatly. It’s unclear if Deku still has his precog or smoke manipulation or if he would even use them but they would help greatly.
