Yes, he is infinitely above several universe, however, since you can't reach a higher number of universes with multipliers anymore, Strange still has the AP.

We don't give 2-A for being "infinitely above" other tier 2s anymore. It's the same reason Asriel got downgraded.

My point is that if someone scales to destroying an infinite amount 4-D Universe sized structures, that's not a multiplier. It's a straight up 2-A feat.

The problem is that Bobobo didn't do that. He just created an undifnined number of universal structures that are infinite in size.
