Muscular is shown to be 8B on this wiki. If Muscular is 8B, and literally every other antagonist in the show except for All For One and Nomu is weaker than him, then doesn't he make the rest of the antagonists like Gentle Criminal, Chisaki, Shigaraki, and literally every other villain fodder? Shouldn't the future villains, especially Chisaki, be stronger than him?
