Yhwach’s profile lists his speed as infinite. Aizen,on the other hand, can fight with yhwach and reacts to his attack. Why doesn’t aizen’s speed scale to yhwach’s speed

Yhwach has infinite speed because of the X Axis schrift he gave Lile Barro. Yhwach never used X Axis in all his onscreen battles. So we can't scale of just that.

I don't know much about Bleach but if it is attack speed and if aizen can react it can't we scale him to infinite speed? Or does the problem here come from the context?

We can scale him to it. But the problem is that Yhwach never used the X Axis in his battle with Ichigo and Aizen. If He used it and Aizen or Ichigo reacted to it then we can scale.

The x axis actually belonged to Lille barro. But later Yhwach gained this ability. and Yhwach aizen never used the x axis when fighting ichigo. It's like this in the manga, but it may change in the anime.
