So if the Muken is infinite then why isn't Squad Zero High 3-A for shaking all three realms?

Muken isn't considered infinite, as in having an infinite amount of space.

It's considered as perceptively infinite since it messes with your perception, causing you to believe it's an infinite black expanse.

Squad 0 also just didn’t shake Muken iirc. They shook the three realms of existence and then Reiokyu. Muken resides in soul society sure, but it is also completely cut off from soul society, and as such shaking soul society doesn’t inherently entail shaking Muken.

It's stated in one of the databooks, you would have to ask someone like Arc and @Guacamolefletcher for the scan since I don't have them on me right now.
