A lot of people would scale from that, which would make the scaling a mess by being superior to Kempachi, it's better to wait for the revision. Also Jugram could have fought him in a sorta casual state.

Shunsui is the new Captain commander, and Kenpachi stopped been the strongest a long time ago. Unohana said to him, with panels, that Ichigo (Fullbring Arc), Byakuya, Renji and base Yhwach were rivals that match him in power after the training. I doesn't look casual, Jugram was going to used his letter.

I'm not entirely sure with the translation being used in the OP; here from mangatown the Jugram's statement is almost completely different and instead refers to the course of the war in general which makes sense in context of that statement, also he and Shunsui haven't fought at all and the only resistance he's faced at that point is Nanao's barrier. Besides it doesn't in any way affect the series current scaling.

Sorry, but that translation you posted is not canon, and your reply seems bias after I gave you an official translation from Shounen Jump.

Shunsui was only in his base state when they were talking to each other, so Jugram must have been super casual for them to be equals.

Otherwise we would have country level base Shunsui which makes no sense.

Or we can downgrade Jugram to Ichigo's Bankai from Fullbring Arc. Which he broke with one swing of his sword. Renji still power scales, that will make him equal in base to Post-Kenpachi, Byakuya and Ichigo.

@Apple why would I have a bias when it comes to translations??

All I've done is point out that the "official" translation as u call it doesn't sense in context, neither characters has engaged in actual conflict at this point and it makes far more sense that they are referring to the war in general.

And since when has the canonicity of translations being determined by who did the translations? So far all I've seen on this site is we take the best done translations that crop up; heck when it comes to using manga scans this matter of whether or not it's canon has never even come up till now.

I can probably think of Uryu possibly 6-B feat of stopping Ichigo sword as an outlier, but currently there are little Admins that knows very well Bleach, so it's better to wait for them before doing any revision.

@David because you're speaking about accepting headcanon. The reason Jugram was send there was to kill the new Captain Commander, and it makes sense in context, because after saying they are equally matched Jugram says that he is gonna put the scale on his favor which is what the Balance does.

Uryu was stated to have a huge increase in power by Jugram. So it's not necessarily an outlier that he could be comparable to shikai Ichigo.

I can let this discussion continue, but no change to the profies since i'm not skilled about the verse and i asked another user to start the revision. Lastly the rule numbers puts Ichigo to Yhwach Planet level since he was stated to have a Reiatsu comparable to him and bisected him several times.

@David You shouldn't waste your time with fan translations. Find the Japanese Raw, and post it on the translation thread of this wiki. Then we can start making accusations, priority is given to scans translated by professionals and not fans.
