The Nature Of Souls In Bleach​

As shown in these scans, a persons memories in Bleach are intertwined with their souls. This is shown and reiterated numerous times within the Memories Of Nobody movie (Which is canon) and the actual manga. In fact, a plot point of the movie is how souls are normally intertwined with the mind and memories (As the name implies).

Memories are a part of the mind, so if a persons memories are intertwined with the soul, the mind would consequently be intertwined with the soul as well. This would mean a lot for Bleach characters, but for the purposes of this Blog, I will explain how this upscales Soul Regen to Mid-Godly. Nel also provides support for this, by Damaging her soul, Nnoitra could damage her memories and mind as well.

If bleach characters dont get their mind destroyed via destroying their body, then every character who has mid godly regen like Aizen, Gerard and Shaz wont have it in the first place

Well it's already accepted

Mid Godly is the regen from the destruction of the Mind, Soul, and Body. Bleach Characters had Low Godly because they can regen from the erasure of their bodies and souls and such, but due to the fact their minds are intertwined with their souls, the destruction of body and soul in Bleach consequently means the destruction of body, mind, and soul, which is Mid-Godly. Hence, every Low-Godly char in Bleach ought be Mid-Godly.

Destroying the entire soul (which happens to contain the mind) is not equal to attacking random parts of it and then equating that to an interaction that's never hinted in the verse.
