Not entirely sure, but it'd explain a lot, considering Ragna wasn't able to do the same to him and Hazama, and Hakumen.

Maybe we could create a seperate key. Since if you think about it, if he wasn't fully fused with the Susano'o Unit yet, some aspects are going to be less and he might have been weaker.

Would he still be 5-A? Because Susano'o can't be weaker than Base Terumi.

Susano'o is obviously a lot stronger than base Terumi. Ragna and Jin combined were literally doing next to nothing to him until Ragna pulled him out.

By the way, I was playing through Nu-13's Arcade in CPE and found that after she defeated Valkenhayn that she said he could manipulate molecules on the atomic level.

Well the guy is a werewolf so it's not surprising that he can manipulate his own molecules to turn into a werewolf.

I was wondering, Susano'o absorbed Noel and gained the ability to forever exist. Should the "forever exist" be part of his abilities?

No, that's part of the immortality that comes with Noel's observation
