I was just thinking of this idea.

Round 1: Panther. He just seems stronger.

Round 2: Batman. He's done stuff with prep.

I'm gonna give round 1 to Batman personally. They have similar equipment and Batman is a superior hand-to-hand combatant IICR. Batman has beaten people in hand-to-hand who are superior to Panther Physically.

I would give both rounds to Panther due to Equipment edging out the arguably even h2h skills. Wakandan Tech is insane, with 3 months of working with that stuff.........look out.

R1: Tho Batman, with his usual gadgets, got a very definite edge in versatility, Panther is just way stronger. He takes this with low difficulty.

R2: Oh man, Panther is impressive with prep time, but Batman achieved the meme status of "I can do anything with prep time" for a good reason. With 3 months, knowing who Black Panther is, I don't see anything stopping Batman from using his War Armor, take his ultra-haxxy specialized gear and beat Panther.
