Asta should win due to Anti-Magic based abilities as he has causality manipulation via Causality Break.

Although, Star's hax should be able to do damage to him.

This is using the Death Battle versions. Asta doesn’t have causality manip and both are far more limited.

I'm pretty sure star would win since it doesn't seem as though Asta would have any way of nullifying star's hax.

Okay so Star's spell AP with her New Mewberty form are about twice stronger than Asta's, but everything else is so below his stats (Physical AP and Durability) that a single blow can just kill her. That would pretty much end the battle instantly.

Given Star's rather childish nature (got distracted twice which resulted in her taking damage from Steven) and over reliance in magic, Asta would eventually be able to land a hit on her and win (plus he could always just TK his swords to stab Star, which she never demonstrated any counters for so...)

Star does have her summons and variety of spells, but I do think Asta’s headstrong nature and Anti-Magic would eventually let him get a hit. I’ll count that as a vote and vote Asta as well.
