I'll give it to Black Adam for raw combat experience.

Other then that their powers and abilitys amazingly similar to the point of all most being the same.

I'll go with Black Adam, high diffculty. As Landon noted, they're almost the same with really the only thing Zod has over Adam is limitless stamina. Yet that won't come into play for a long, long time given Adam's Godlike stamina. Honestly, this like Superman vs Captain Marvel/Shazam.

However, Adam has more appearences, done more and has godly wisdom on his side to boot. Adam has also fought Krytonians before and knows what to expect. Zod has never encounted the members of the Marvel family before, IIRC, though I could be wrong. It also doesn't help Zod that magic is harder for him to shrugg off versus the damage he can do to Adam.

That being said, Zod's not a pushover, he's basically Superman but with military experience/training and far, far more ruthless. He will make Adam work for this and will keep fighting to the last.

Really, this is so close that if it wasn't for Adam's longer career and more appearences, I'd have to vote inconclusive.
