Hmm, would using Billy and Stu make it more even?

I mistook Kramer for one of his apprentices(Hoffman), who would actually have a better match with Billy and Stu, but no, not for this match.

Overall I feel Kramer's stealth allows him to win, but unlike Hoffman, he doesn't have any skill advantage, does it matter though? No. Kramer sticks Billy with a needle and just incaps him. If Billy somehow manages to catch Kramer he'd probably have the advantage with superior LS and would likely win, it's just catching Kramer when he himself is trying to sneak around that's the problem.
