Adding some skill feats for the Lee Brothers, notably Billy.

Double Dragon Manual

The manual states that the Lee Brothers were self taught from fighting on the streets. Billy in particular began training in kung fu at the age of 12 and became a Kung Fu-Sosaiken master at the age of 20. In terms of scaling, fodder enemies from the Black Warriors are karate masters.

Double Dragon II Manual

The Double Dragon martial art that the Lee Brothers have mastered is considered invincible. At this point, they train at the universally famous Double Dragon Dojo and are in constant training, developing invincible moves. The Black Warriors were noted to be able to take down everyone at this Dojo. It is noted that against most martial artists, the Black Warriors would surely win. Over the course of the game, Billy and Jimmy Lee manage to take down an entire army of these warriors as well. They also manage to beat equally skilled illusions of themselves as well as the sensei of the Black Warriors.

Double Dragon III Manual

In Double Dragon III, Billy and Jimmy Lee are world-renowned martial artists and teachers, and in this game, the fodder they encounter are noted to be more fierce and skilled than any they have ever encountered before and are said to be the best in the world. They battle ninja warriors that are noted for their ability to quickly spot weaknesses and are ninpou masters. World renowned martial art masters are so thoroughly impressed with their skill, that they join Billy and Jimmy's cause.

Double Dragon Neon

According to Skullmageddon, Billy and Jimmy have murdered countless of the Black Warriors.

River City Girls

Billy and Jimmy have taught Kyoko and Misako a great many skills in the span of a single day - likely seconds.

Kyoko and Misako are skilled enough to fight Abobo, a constant rival to the Lee Brothers. Thus, they scale in skill to them, as well as everyone else they fight against and alongside. They should receive Genius level in terms of skill.

Edit: At least Gifted.

Seems ok, though I have a few doubts on DD Neon because iirc it's mean to be a reboot or something, isn't it?
My knowledge on the DD series isn't that good, but I know they have a weird chronology and some contradictions, so I don't know how its canon is structured.

I believe it is canon, at least in the main chronology atm. DDIII is canon to RCG through Sonny, and Double Dragon Neon is canon to RCG through Skullmageddon. III would naturally mean that II and 1 happened as well, so I think that’s concrete. Marian also seems to imply that they happened as well due to her remembering getting punched in the gut etc. No reason to believe the Neo Geo games or anything beyond that is canon though.

Perhaps we should look deeper on the overall matter, but the content of this thread should be fine to pass.

I’ll be writing more on this in the RC/DD Discussion thread but there is much to discuss there regarding the timeline.
