Adding some skill feats for the Lee Brothers, notably Billy.
Kyoko and Misako are skilled enough to fight Abobo, a constant rival to the Lee Brothers. Thus, they scale in skill to them, as well as everyone else they fight against and alongside. They should receive Genius level in terms of skill.

Double Dragon Manual
The manual states that the Lee Brothers were self taught from fighting on the streets. Billy in particular began training in kung fu at the age of 12 and became a Kung Fu-Sosaiken master at the age of 20. At this point, they train at the universally famous Double Dragon Dojo and are in constant training, developing invincible moves. The Black Warriors were noted to be able to take down everyone at this Dojo. It is noted that against most martial artists, the Black Warriors would surely win. Over the course of the game, Billy and Jimmy Lee manage to take down an entire army of these warriors as well.
