Overgrown rover by arrancarfighter-d9c7qob

Summary
Overgrown Rover is an enormous, doglike monster who appeared during the S-Class Heroes' attack on the Monster Association. Rover is easily a Dragon level threat and is by far one of the Association's most powerful monsters, albeit clearly one of the least intelligent. It makes its first appearance when Garou attempts to rescue Busaiku, blocking their escape. The monster proves incredibly dangerous, though Garou is able to briefly overpower it before he falls through the floor. When Saitama shows up, the beast attempts to stop him, but he simply stomps on its head and continues on. Amazingly, this merely knocks the monster unconscious instead of killing it. Rover later battles Bang, Bomb, Genos, and Fubuki when they attempt to enter the base. Even with their combined might, the four of them prove completely unable to harm the monster. However, when Bang mentions the word "sit", Rover's doglike nature takes over and it calmly sits down, allowing the heroes to pass. After the Monster Association's base was destroyed, Rover survived, but was shrunk down to the size of a fairly small dog. When Saitama returns to salvage what he can from the wreckage of his old house, Rover and a significantly weakened Kuroi Seishi decide to follow him back to the Hero Association HQ as pets. The two formerly dangerous monsters are currently entrusted to Butterfy DX and Chain'n'Frog due to Forte losing a bet with Saitama.

Name:
Overgrown Rover

Origin: One Punch Ma

Gender: Presumably male

Classification: Monster, Dragon level threat, Former member of the Monster Association

Age: Unknown

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Damage Negation (Appears to be able to reduce its size when significantly harmed as opposed to taking lethal damage), Energy Projection, Size Changing

Attack Potency: Mountain level (One of the strongest monsters in the whole Monster Association, and is noticeably more powerful than most other Dragon level monsters. Fought against Garou. Effortlessly fended off the combined might of Bang, Bomb, Genos, and Fubuki.)

Lifting Strength:
At least Class 100+ (Survived being covered in countless tons of rubble and dug its way out, despite being weakened)

Mountain level (Completely unaffected by a combined attack from Bang and Bomb, a weaker version of which brought Garou to near death. Bang also kills two Dragon level monsters on his own not long after, further supporting the idea that even by Dragon level standards, Rover is incredibly tough. Survived a casual attack from Saitama. Survived the collapse of the Monster Association HQ while weakened.)

Stamina: Immense

Warwick FirefangSkin

Summary
Warwick is a monster who hunts the gray alleys of Zaun. Transformed by agonizing experiments, his body is fused with an intricate system of chambers and pumps, machinery filling his veins with alchemical rage. Bursting out of the shadows, he preys upon those criminals who terrorize the city's depths. Warwick is drawn to blood, and driven mad by its scent. None who spill it can escape him.

Powers and Stats
Tier: 7-A

Name:
Warwick, the Uncaged Wrath of Zaun, the Blood Hunter, The Howler, Subject #1088

Origin: League of Legends

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown (Likely in his late 40s)

Attack Potency Mountain level (Large enough to carry an active volcano on his back, Absolutely dwarfs entire cities to the point where a single claw is larger than a city and his tail alone is capable of wrapping around a city with room to spare)

Speed: Hypersonic+, Higher with Blood Hunt and Blood Scent, with Massively Hypersonic+ reactions and combat speed (Can keep up with champions like Kled and Gare, as well as close range lightning/light-based attacks)

Mountain level

Superhuman

Weaknesses: None notable

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Basic Attack: Warwick slashes the opponent with his claws.
  • Eternal Hunger: Warwick's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage on-hit. While below 50% maximum health, Warwick's basic attacks also heal him for the same amount, with the healing tripled while below 25% maximum health.
  • Jaws of the Beast: Warwick dashes to the target enemy and bites them, dealing them magic damage, applying on-hit effects and healing himself for a portion of the damage dealt. If Jaws of the Beast is held, Warwick will lock his teeth into his target and use them to swing around to their far side. Warwick is unable to act while swinging around his target, and will move wherever they move until he jumps off. Warwick cannot be displaced while attached to an enemy.
  • Blood Hunt: Warwick briefly senses all enemies and then Blood Hunts the nearest enemy champion within a large radius for 8 seconds, regardless of their current health. Blood Hunt cannot be activated while in combat with a champion, and cools down twice as fast if Warwick is not Blood Hunting. Warwick gains bonus attack speed against all enemies below 50% of their maximum health. Enemy champions below that amount are also Blood Hunted, granting him out of combat bonus movement speed while moving toward them as well as highlighting their position to his team. The bonus movement and attack speed are tripled against enemy champions below 20% maximum health.
  • Primal Howl: Warwick reduces all incoming damage for up to 2.5 seconds, or until Primal Howl is reactivated. Once the damage reduction ends, Warwick unleashes a howl that causes all nearby enemies to flee for 1 second. Landing Infinite Duress will automatically reactivate Primal Howl, but the target will not flee.
  • Infinite Duress: Warwick leaps in the target direction, suppressing the first enemy champion he collides with for 1.5 seconds. Warwick channels over the duration, dealing magic damage to his target and applying on-hit effects 3 times, while healing himself for all the damage dealt during Infinite Duress. Warwick is unstoppable during the leap but can be interrupted during the channel.
  • Eternal Thirst: Warwick's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage, healing him for the same amount and stacking up to 3 times per target.
  • Hungering Strike: Warwick swipes at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and healing himself for 80% of the damage dealt. Against enemy champions, Hungering Strike's base damage changes to a percentage of its target's maximum health if it's higher than the flat damage.
  • Hunter's Call: For 6 seconds, Warwick gains bonus attack speed and grants half of that bonus to all nearby allies.
  • Blood Scent: Warwick gains sight of all nearby enemy champions with less than 50% of their maximum health, also alerting them to his presence. While any enemies are revealed this way, Warwick gains bonus movement speed.
A battle of the big monster dogs. In character, no prior knowledge or prep time. Dunno is speed needs to be equalized here or not...Anyways, who wins?

Rover - 0

Warwick - 3 (The real cal howard, LordGriffin1000, Hizack123)

Darn it I was gonna do this but with Arcanine against Overgrown Rover lol.

Anyway, Warwick should take this.

Cal my boy i appreciate the input and think that idea would make for an awesome fight, but you gotta give reasoning :p

Not seeing anything too impressive from Warwick, what level of 7A are these two?

Giving this to Warwick via far higher versatility.

I'm gonna go with Warwick.

He has some regenration, Enhanced senses, more relentless (going by their profiles), he gains some decent boosts his moves as well when his opponent Heath reaches 50% and he has things like Eternal Hunger if his Heath is below half he'll heal the damage he deals, he has Hunters Call to gain a short boost in strength and speed.

Rover can lower the damage he takes by decreasing his size but I believe that will only prolong the match. Rover does have some range with his energy attacks but I don't think they will do enough to cause a lot of damage.

Warwick wins pretty solidly. With the regen and the stealing of opponents power although rover will get a few hits in with the speed advantage and has a good range boost that simply won't cut it.

Warwick seems to be much smarter too and i'm not sure if rover is smart enough to hang back and use it's range.

Actually how decent is warwicks accuracy Rover seems insanely smaller and with the speed advantage might be able to dodge around

Wouldn't Rovers size and speed make it really hard for warwick to land a hit

Edit: huh i remember rover having a slight advantage oh well
