He's just that powerful, gotta nerf him.

Anyways in all seriousness Cloak of Levitation listing comes from like, 15 seconds of screentime where Strange sends out the cloak to save Ned falling. Ned can't control it, or honestly even order it, and he doesn't own it or use it for an extended time. Essentially, it's invalid to list as Optional Equipment.

Proposal is to yeet it and associated P&A from the file
