This will be a two round fight

Round 1: Direct fight in a neutral arena. They start 10 meters from the other.

Round 2: Takes place in an abandoned town. They start on opposite sides 2 kilometers from the other. Neither know where the other is at

Bonus round: They switch universes. How well do they do?

While Killer is Sure HAX buf is still not Oneshot kill, so in my opinion is still not enough to push Big boss down.

So nothing new for Big boss.

Big boss due to higher stats and has fought similar enemies

The Killer once managed to defeat rip-offs of Carnage, Poison Ivy and Pinhead in the same issue. I don't see Big Boss doing the same kind of feats. The Killer takes this due to extreme hax.
