Big Band vs Kaioh

Well, Big Band is mostly robotic, so I doubt Hokuto Ryuken will be that effective against him (really depends on how much of him is still flesh and blood), so there goes about half of Kaioh's arsenal.
However, he still has a few things going for him that BB has no answer to. His aura that passively drains his targets of their ki, weakening them to the point where there attacks have no effect on them. His Anryu Tenha will trap BB in a weightless space that will severly disorient him to the point where he will be unable to act (which is worsened by the ki draining). He can also warp space around himself to dodge attacks, and combine that with his ability to predict his opponents movements by reading their aura, and Kaioh should be able to stay on top. Kaioh also has telekinesis which also lets him grab onto his opponent and start smashing them around, and ki attacks that deal some heavy damage and can be used to activate presssure points from afar.
Big Band's time stop is an issue, but Kaioh's Regenerationn and endurance should let him hang in there long enough to pull a victory.

Also forgot to metion that he can cover himseld in an aura that will block attacks and can explode violently to attack the attacker

Well before the downgrade, Big Band was considered 3x baseline country level, So I'm assuming he's going to be baseline country level, which actually should make this fight MORE equal.
