Yeah, their wincons are exactly the same. Changli's dura neg has more innate AoE, while Bianca's is more precise, and it's a natural part of her element

Changli has nothing other than Danmaku to increase the likelihood of landing her dura neg, while Bianca has timeslow via matrix. In skill, I'd have to say Bianca takes it since Changli is kind of an unknown in the experience department considering she primarily handled political shit before becoming Jinhsi's Master. While Bianca has been fighting as the Captain of the Purifying Force for years even atp, and the entire job is consistently fighting against Corrupted or defected Construct soldiers

Oh yeah, another thing I probably should mention, Changli's LS is listed as Unknown but in reality it should scale to class M from this feat. So she'd have a LS advantage too, I just never added it before I took a break from working on the verse

Yeah matrix is triggered anytime a character dodges, some characters can even trigger it on command with their thoughts (however ofc Bianca cannot in this key), though on another note, Changli's dura neg does have range like this
