Kondraki has dealt with illusions and can outright negate them with his camera, although I'm not entirely sure if Betty can negate his in return. If she manages to Soul Read him at the start of the match she'll know what he can do, but her being able to see past the illusions is another issue.

So far I'm thinking Kondraki narrowly takes this. If Betty opts to use area of effect energy attacks she can keep him at a distance, but overall Kodraki's illusions and weapons cover a larger range, and if he can get close he can blind and burn her while using better sword skills.
