Best Dragon Slayer

Do you just have to kill a dragon or do you have to be solely a dragon slayer? Beowulf from ancient legends is like, very important to fiction as a whole and would qualify among the top, but he killed much more than one dragon. Meanwhile, Natsu is known for being a dragon slayer yet is much less important to culture as a whole.

So there's a particular chapter of the game where This Girl is demolishing France with an army of dragons, and the player is tasked with finding This Guy and siccing him on the dragons to save the day.
The game spends the whole chapter hyping up Siegfried and his dragon-slaying abilities but when you get him he's super low tier and practically useless, whereas This Guy is unintentionally extremely overpowered when pitted against dragons, hence the joke that he's the real Dragon-slaying Savior of France when it was supposed to be Siegfried.

It is because the Dragons (Mostly wyvern actually) are all Rider Class Enemy. And in FGO gameplay mechanic, Assassin>Rider.
