2nd Form Juubi's Bijudama, Pain's Chaotic Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei, Madara's Rain Drops, and Toneri's GWRE (moon cutter) would be my picks.
Edit: Sasuke casually destroying a Konoha sized meteor in The Last with a Chidori also deserves a mention. Also Madara's Perfect Susano'o and the Shinsusenju by virtue of their sheer scale are insane.

Semi On-Screen: Aftermath of Matatabi vs Zombie Duo or Naruto's first FRS.
Off-screen: Hagoromo hurling the moon into space while dying.
EDIT: This is off-screen in the sense that there's no visual adaptation for it, but Naruto destroying a Konoha busting meteor with a headbutt while unable to manipulate chakra and extremely sick is insane.

3. Best depiction of a speed feat on screen

V2 Ay's blitzing MS Sasuke's perception, Minato and Naruto reacting to Ay's shunshin, Sasuke vs Kinshiki, Naruto vs Toneri, and last but not least base Naruto bullying Kawaki with his speed.

Madara, Juubi, Hagoromo, Pain, and Toneri.

5. Feats that are in non canon materials that you wish were canonized
