Title says it all what are the best characters to use in a match, another way to say it is most matchable vsbw characters.
Just some qualifications
1. Familiarity: how well known is the character
2. AP tier: is the tier not too high but not too low
3. Hax: does the character have hax that can be helpful but not too op, like it let’s them get matches easier and more usability but doesn’t result in stomps

4. Other: what else do they have that make the best. Like are they interesting? Does their powers make them fun to use because of diversity of abilities. Etc
