Best I've ever seen is John Carter

Fights against Solan, a Yellow Martian who has been fighting for several thousand years, and despite being weaker than John Carter physically, is so immensely skilled that John Carter refers to his swordsmanship as resembling wizardry. John states that Solan's basic attacks make him look like a monkey with a stick in comparison, and his movements were so inhumanly agile that Carter described it as being like fighting forty of him at once.

Carter clashes swords with him once, and closes the skill gap instantly, becoming Solan's perfect equal. The two then proceed to fight for five minutes straight with neither making a fraction of an inch of headway against each other.

She was able to learn twenty years worth of life skills in only three days and within five days she learned decades of research, centuries of history, and over seven different languages. Olympia is also highly skilled in combat, able to instantly learn how to use any weapon she gets her hands on, including futuristic plasma and projected energy weapons, and is able to engage enemies with an almost inhuman level of efficiency, often able to hit precision targets such as a smoke grenade being armed from down a hallway without even needing to look at it from around a corner as well as Subject has displaying one hundred (100) percent accuracy numerous tests regarding hand to eye coordination.)

Several abilities compliment it like precog.

Something something Kamen Rider Zero-One. Start off his life as a failure of a comedian, Aruto’s life is thrust into chaos without any preparation whatsoever. But that’s ok. Since with a little bit of help from his belt, Aruto is able to goes from a normal civilian into a superhero who is able to perform martial arts, parkour and how to use weird, gimmicky weapon like Attache Calibur which is both a sword and a shield/case. It take him a single second of learning in real time to achieve this, but to be fair, his thought process have been enhanced to the point that he can see everything in slow-motion so he have plenty of time to learn how to fight 101 in his mind.

Sebastian Michaelis, as will be on his page post-revision, was able to go from being completely clueless about how humanity worked, what the world was like, or how to act remotely human, to an unparalleled master of martial arts, social etiquette, gardening, cooking, acrobatics, marksmanship, thrown weaponry, infiltration, detective work, forensics, medicine, foreign languages, teaching, writing, pickpocketing, advertising, assassination, sports, psychology, boating, mechanical engineering, fencing, chemistry, and strategy.

All in a matter of two weeks.

The only reason Neo grow as strong as he is was because of the in universe mechanic of Appetite energy. If you continue to eat more and more of the good shit then you’ll get strong.

I think it should be separated by types of accelerated developments, since there's a lot of AD types.

If idea is good, would like to put Raz on Training:Abilities since he learned and mastered various psychonauts abilities lesser than for a single day. While it require years to become psychonaut and master abilities.
