I dont want to appear as a wanker but since we treat the Void and the Overvoid as the the same thing, the Presence exists on and can comprehend the true nature of the highest possible outerversal Void,the Void beyond voids which is the Overvoid, even someone with the Demiurgic power like Elaine was capable of affecting this high outerversal space since when she made her Creation, she didnt just made it on top of the Void but she actually pushed it away (an infinetesnimal portion of it anyway)
