Alrighty so looking through their profiles, it apepars that Atomix has an AP, dura, SS, and speed advantage. Keeping this in mind, it's already not looking good for Supergirl. Along with that, Atomix has, as expected, Matter Manipulation, in which Supergirl cannot resist. So concluding this, Supergirl would just get blown the &^$@ up if Atomix just decided to obliterate her atoms.
Atomix wins, I'd say mid-high diff.

Also, Supergirl is accepted on this page as having all of the resistances of her cousin, so pretty much Atomix can't really... Do anything here.

If I remember correctly, Wonder woman should be around 3-C too as she scales to Superman in AP and speed. And Kara drawing blood from Wonder woman, she automatically makes it to 3-C.

It actually is just used for his nuclear attacks. There is no external manipulation involved. The only reason Zs'Skayr got disinterested was due to his own weakness to sun.
