Diamondhead has never been harmed by the sound in the show and in their species video seems to tell they daily fight their planets other inhabitants who uses sound attacks.

It could be a combination of both in the show he is seeing jumping really high so it could be acrobatics as well or a mixture of all three.

Upgrade easily destroyed Titan Gauntlets.
Upgrade is a weak alien who only appeared in 3-4 times in the show after which he was replaced in the show in the new season.

Alien X on the other hand was easily beating several alternate timeline aliens left and right.
(Alien X is stronger than Alien V who has 1/2 dna of Alien X he is much weaker but still curroped the entire Earth into a crystal)
