- Resurrection
Resurrected Ishiyama after Kenko killed him.
Limited to the digital world

Limited Resurrection.

- Subjective Reality
Was able to take himself and Gwen into a video game and bring them back. Repeatedly implied to be able to bring video game characters into the real world. Kanko wanted Upgrade's power to take him into the real world and was about to trick Ben into taking him there.
Subjective Reality needs the divide between the real and unreal established in the setting for the ability to exist.

Ben calls it a 'Universe' in Omniverse and it's part of the cosmology page but people can pretty much manipulate this world via a pause button. So, I'm not sure on this.

- Durability Negation and Explosion Manipulation
Could go right through Kenko's armor and explode it from the inside out.
Limited to Tech, I suppose.

So, 'Limited Durability Negation'.

- Resistance Negation to Technology Manipulation
Could manipulate Robo Rojo's armor despite it resisting his prior attempt.
Not really negating but strong Tech Manip to overcome the resitance.

Technology Manipulation (1 layer)?

- Flight
Could fly to the space station when fused with a rocket and could allow Kevin's car to fly when he fused with it.
Via tech manip.

Feel like a person can make a whole list on all the abilities Upgrade has via Technology Manipulation.
