To make a long story short, we have a group of characters who can manipulate time. they've taken one night and made it seemingly endless, and have been attacking someone during this endless night.
while this is happening, they're also making the night that's supposedly endless for the first person, shorter and having an actual end for two other people, and appearing for them, attacking those two at the same time as the first person. all three people they're attacking are in separate places.
