That is not true, universe+ means 4D power, 4D power is more powerful than infinite 3D power, and universe level is finite 3D. I suggest you revise the tiering system my friend it'll help you out.

Beerus is half 2-C

So Low Low Multiversal? From what I hear 2-C goes up to Thousands of times Universal, and the lowest version of that is only like less than 50 from what I know. So Low 2-C would only be like 3 - 10 Universes, so Beerus at most is only 10 times more powerful. I'm not denying that Beerus wins, though.

Not at all, really.
Universal never ends, any finite amount of energy beyond Universal is still Universal. Just higher.
High Universal is an infinite amount of 3D energy.
And then Universal+ adds in a 4th dimension of energy.

Universal+ is MUCH stronger than Universal.

For context the gap between 3-A and High 3-A is infinite and Beerus is Low 2-C meaning the gap in power is literally more than infinite moreover like the others have mentioned above there are different levels of infinity (infinite 3D, infinite 4D and so on).
