Can Beelzemon enter Blast Mode or X-Antibody?

Well right now, both can't really do anything to one shot one another. Both are nonexistent and thus are resistant to each other's most dangerous attacks. And Beelzemon can resist Belphemon's conceptual attacks as well and vice versa. This is kinda an inconclusive moreso than not.

The power level of the Great Demon Lords depends on the gravity of the sin they represent. Belphemon's sin is more serious than Beelzebumon's, so Belphemon is stronger than Beelzebumon in every level (Pride/Lucemon FM>Envy/Leviamon>Wrath/Demon>Sloth/Belphemon>Greed/Barbamon>Gluttony/Beelzebumon>Lust/Lilithmon). Also, Great Demon Lords are one of the only thing that can permanently kill another Great Demon Lord, as explained in Digimon World Re
