Well for one, Rock Lee's speed is unknown in The Last. From what i can say, he's probably faster than Hypersonic(which on our scale is from Mach 10-25). Bazz B's speed is High-Hypersonic which is from Mach 25-50, Massively Hypersonic+ in Volstanding Mode(which makes Bazz anywhere from Mach 1000 to 8810.2).

It's alright. Still in this case, Adult Rock Lee at his best doesn't seem to have much of a chance against even base Bazz-B. Then again, that's probably without using the gates but i think taht Bazz-B would eventually win this should he use his Volstanding here.
