There's also that fact that from what Weekly himeslf told me, Bayo's speed is like in the 30'c (hey you can go ask him, Dragon.) While everyone in KH is FTL+ in the low 70'sc by scaling from Ventus.

To clarify just a bit: Using the 10 minute method gives Bayo a speed of 32c.
For KH by scaling everyone to Ventus, they are around 71c at the most, give or take.

Yeah i'd have to agree, they may be close in AP, with Bayonetta currently being a bit superior with the top tiers, but KH speed gives them the win. Now if that upgrade goes through it could be a different story...
