Well since a British boar is still 9-C should I change to British boar or keep it Central European boar? (Speed still unrestricted)

Boar outspeeds, has senses, and is probably more durable overall to blunt force.

Lee is smarter and a better fighter.

The advantage held by Lee in skill should be enough to overcome the speed of a mindless beast. So I'll hand it to Lee.

Great Lee FRA. Boar wouldn't exactly be able to generate the street+ Level kinetic energy from 5 meters away, plus speed advantage of Lee should give him decent dodging ability.
