-Both are 9-C
-We will use Pre-CRM for Rick for now unless concluded it needs to be changed
-Speed is equalized
-Both are restricted to their standard equipment (ironically they both have a Colt Python)
-They have limited prior knowledge, only having knowledge of who their opponent is and some of their capabilities
-Battle will take place in the Kamchatka Facility from Stranger Things (Obviously with no one but them)
