Kidd probably won't be able to control Bullet's construct thanks to his Buso Haki.

AP-wise, their bases should be about the same.

Bullet's current base is above his young self which was equal to Prime Rayleigh, Pre-Gura Blackbeard was intimidated by his power, and he one-shot Big Father Capone Bege who took hits from BM (albeit with damage).

Kid fought 3-Homie BM 1v1 off-screen and did fine even before Law came.

However, Bullet has much better Buso (like that Blue Buso form he can use to amp himself), and his golems/constructs actually boost his durability (especially with Haki), while Kid's don't.

He is more level-headed than Kid, but at the same time he'll probably let Kid get a swing or 2 in first to see how strong he is.

After that, he'll probably use his mega-mech and overpower Kid.

Kid's Corna Dio could badly damage the mech, but Bullet can regenerate it with Haki (something which in the movie took Lucci and the Supernovas and Crocodile to prevent).

Bullet has far better Haki.
He steals Kid's metal by force and folds him with him like a tin can. Plus even outside of his Golem he can through stupid hands which Kid hasn't shown to do without his metal, so if Bullet outdoes him on the DF aspect he's beating him like a rug

Yeah outside of raw stats, Bullet kinda just makes Kidd look like a clown. Bullet is literally Kidd+ like I said before.

Bullet's Awakened mech, while already damaged by Hancock's kick, and Law working together with Crocodile, took a COMBINED attack from Sabo and Smoker, who were at the same level of power. At that point, Rob Lucci and Buggy shot him at the same time, then he got hit by a combo from Law, Croc, Smoker, Sabo, Hancock, and Buggy. Lucci might've been in there too. Even after all of that, Luffy needed his Gum Gum King King King Kong Gun, which is essentially him using Gear 3rd to the highest degree while already in Boundman, and Bullet was still there in his regular mech at full health.
