It's not the craziest hair Goku's had, but that would be an ungodly amout of stomp. Anyways, this is Izuru against Kid Goku in his 21st Budokai key. Speed equalized, and Goku has acess to Oozaru (Though I can change that if it would be too powerful). Other than that, it's SBA as usual. Will Izuru taste the despair of defeat, or will Goku get defeated by a giant mass of hair?

I vote for Izuru, due to him having more skills, he also has a lot of talents in his disposal and not to mention his analytical nature. With his analytical nature, he analyzes Goku and abuses his weakness like grabbing his tail to cause intense pain and he outclasses Goku in terms of skills. Pretty much the same with Oozaru but I think it would be easier for Izuru.
