If Toe restrains Reed, Reed is kinda screwed, because he’s only Class 1 compared to Toe’s (non-justified) Class 50, and has debatably lower stamina. However, has military training, can predict Toe’s moves, has Supergenius intelligence, and has more versatile elasticity. Toe being able to restrain Reed keeps this from being a stomp, but I’m pretty sure Reed takes this eight times out of ten.
