Vegito (Dragon Ball Multiverse) VS Kanniu (Archon's Revenge)

Kiko Saga Kan is used, and he starts off in Super Saiyan, but can go to any higher level as the battle goes on. Vegito starts in base, but can go to any higher level as the battle goes on as well; Speed equalized.

Vegito is superior to Ultimate Gohan in his base, but I cannot find how far Ultimate Gohan is into 4-B. Even when Vegito is powered up, he is still 4-B.
Kanniu starts out Super Saiyan, and can become higher as he can transform even further into SSJ2 and SSJ3.
SSJ3 Kanniu is "At least 4-B" and may become stronger when enraged.

At the very least, I would say their AP is at least equal, with Kanniu probably having the edge when enraged, but Vegito has soul hax though.
