i really don't know exactly the number for both AP's but both have similar feats on their profiles, they have the crushing human skull with stomps feats, that have a similiar AP, so i believe that they have a equal or a resembling AP

michael is immortal to isn't he? and he has a regen but is more weak.
The reality warping of the clown doesn't have combat feats, is just for change of clothes.

Art's regeneration isn't Instantaneous, pretty sure it took him at least half an hour to come back from that and his Mid is pretty low level so decapitation should bypass that all together.
Art's reality warping isn't combat applicable either, and he's also at a significant AP disadvantage. Meyers can crush skulls without needing multiple stomps, Art needed to use his entire body weight and several stomps to crush a skull who someone who already had head trauma to begin with.
Meyer's should take this with his insane pain tolerance, type 2 - 3 immortality, significantly higher AP and can bypass low tier Mid regeneration by means of decapitation. Meyers should also have the skill advantage given that he can tango with people who can actually handle themselves.
