As many users have discovered, it's possible to embed music onto threads, user pages, and blogposts with some clever coding if the file is on Spotify or Soundcloud.

If you're interested, you can find the coding for this here.

As the title implies, just link some of your favorite battle music pieces for others to listen to. Remember to list the names of the songs and maybe even the places they come from so that other users here can find them later!

I just thought this would be a fun way for users to sample each other's tastes in music.

I should note, PLEASE don't try to code in Soundcloud or Spotify files here lest we have a cacophony of songs playing all at once on this thread. Thanks!

Well, since I don't feel like shitposting yet, some actual good battle themes I'd recommend would be:

Nina's Theme (Tekken Tag Tournament)

Unknown's Ending Movie theme (Tekken Tag Tournament. This one is extremely short though...)

Urban Reign's more major songs

Justice Blooming Out Of Season (Durarara!!)

BACCANO! no Theme (Baccano!)

Jintsuriki (Dead Or Alive 2)

Most stuff from the first two Painkiller games

Death Match 1 (Twisted Metal Black)

Steady Impulse (Twisted Metal Black)

The Lord God (Capcom VS SNK 2)

Pretty much anything from Guilty Gear

There're plenty of others I know of, but this post is already getting long as hell, so I'll stop here for now.
 
Figured I'd throw some stuff in here.

  • HMKids - Black Legio. Likely among the most fitting fight themes from their catalogue. Though a fight using this would probably need to involve some serious ******* heresy.
Homestuck has some gems for any epic battle, including:

  • Havoc (Also known as "Theme of Cosmic Slenderman Beating the Shit Out of a Chinese Alien Girl with a Broom")
Modern Pokemon is like a goldmine for this sort of thing. Some of the best would be:
