Battle for third High 7-C, Announcer VS Han-Jee Han

Han’s main move from what I heard was amping his speed 100 times faster, albeit he is still slower than Announcer by a shitton, so Announcer blitzes.

And if you equalize speed, Han blitzes before Announcer even thinks, so it is a stomp either way.
 
I imagine his danger sense would go off, so if given time to react he might just escape to a pocket dimension, but the speed difference make that extremely difficult to pull off.
 
Han Jee-Han's default speed amps (only about 30%) are passive, and his time dilation and going to pocket dimension is on thought, but without speed equal that'll help little.
