A soul conglomerate battles a very fast boi with a hard-to-say name for the Strongest 9-C spot under Standard Battle Assumptions (see here).

Irre is restricted to his First Power Set, and cannot use Kinetic Energy Absorption (seeing as that would put him beyond 9-C AP), and Arimiminiumu is Funky Arc/limited to his 9-C AP showings. (Oh, and Speed Equalized, since otherwise Very Fast Boi goes way too fast and just punches a million times before Irre gets a chance to go, unless Irre wins without Speed Equal for whatever reason.)

Who wins? State your reasoning, be civil, etc.

One thing to ask: would Unequalizing Speed result in Arimiminiumu winning? If so, that matters because the thread's keeping track of winners with Speed Equalized and Unequalized separately when applicable.
