She is basically a soul with a physical body as puppet. Transmutation is irrelevant, she would just replace her physical body.

To affect the soul of a Dark One, she would need to affect the Darkness itself, which is, to say, the very personification of the Dark Magic of the OUATverse. Doing só means she van affect all of magic at once.

Also, Rumple's transmutation seems to hamper the victim's powers of shapeshifting/body-hopping and the likes

The funny thing is: As the creator and highest administrator of the skill system D technically does control all magic. (Not all magecraft though...)

Given that he only has Low-High Regenerationn and no Resistance to Space Manip D could also just kill him via space manipulation. Or she could possible just convert his body into pure energy.

That's definitely a NLF. If it hasn't negated Low-Godly Regenerationn I doubt it would stop it. Not to mention that D's physical condition is pretty much irrelevant for her fighting capacity.

Talking about blocking powers: How good is his power null resistance?

I mean, if it cuts the connection of said person with its powers, I guess it does not need to null every kind of power to work. Also, his power null resistance is enough to resist Hades (OUAT) power in the Underworld.
