Batman Vs Taskmaster

I think Taskmaster wins here, he will be able to copy all of Batman's martial arts techniques, and use them against him, and he is faster than Batman.
 
I disagree. I think batman for the simple facts that a) Taskmaster's personal equipment is trumped by Batman's, so even with the same skills he won't be as familiar or capable and b) it states that he can only copy a move after he sees it, thus having to rely heavily on his prediction ability to survive the early fight. It'd be just a little different from Batman's fight with Prometheus, where prometheus took it a step further and could automatically gain the knowledge and skills to counter you. If Deadpool can counter taskmaster by being too unpredictable with the multiple voices in his head, I think batman could mimic that with the fact that he has SO MANY plans upon plans in his head. Though that would be an assumption on my part, I still think it would come down to bats having better equipment and both having the same particular set of skills in the end.
 
I think Taskmaster should win this. He is more skilled in martial arts and has better range with arrows, shield and guns. Batman is more formidable with prep time, which he doesn't have here, so Taskmaster has the upper hand.
 
TaskMaster, He would beable to copy and couter all Batman tecquie in no time. Plus this match up doesn't have prep time.
 
I say Batman, but with really high difficulties.

He'd most likely try to fight with Taskmaster man-to-man at first, and he'd get his ass whooped. Unless we're using a particularly dumb/impulsive version of Batman, he'd retreat and start using his gadgets. His far superior gadgets would most certainly allow him to win, but not without a lot of diff.
 
If the environment was a bit more enclosed for Batman to sneak around and use stealth advantage, he'd probably win this.

Considering the fighting place is pretty open, I'm leaning towards Taskmaster due to superior h2h although I'm open to changing opinion.

Also that bump counter is a nice touch :)
