i agree but we saw spidermans precog get bypassed by people who fought him

Spiderman could also web bats up. He has Class 25 LS while batman only has class 5, and Spidey's profile even states he webs up his foes, pretty similar to other Spideys who would do the same with virtually every foe they fought. His intelligence even states he fought stronger foes. I'm assuming this batman has the AP advantage here.
