Batman VS Boba Fett

A week prep (so yes, they know about each other).

Morals intact: Batman will not be fighting to kill, whereas he has a bounty on his head so Boba will be taking him either alive or dead.

If Batman manages to dodge Boba's lasers, he can easily take out the armor, but if Boba lands a single hit... it will be fatal for Batman.

So, Batman wins with a lot of difficulty.

Boba has been show he's a master of prep time as well, and his equipment is not your run-of-the-mill cheap standard stuff.

With a week prep time Batman has access to all kinds of crazy mech suits and protective/offensive gear. Boba's best bet would be to try and do what Bane did in Knightfall with a thermal detonator as a failsafe, so i'll assume he does that. After running Bruce through a gauntlet of his rogues gallery he then tries to finish him off while he's exhausted. The only problem with that plan is that Bats also gets prep and isn't physically, emotionally, and mentally fatigued to start and he also gets prep. Assuming no outside character help from Batman he still has this. He could just bust out the insider suit to put the rogues back in their place and then either one shot Boba or slip into slightly more durable than normal batsuit, he wins either way. This is Gotham which Bruce knows inside out. He'd ghost the hell out of Boba and win with a sneak attack.

Edit: Knowing Bruce he would very likely also be able to deduce where Boba was hiding, where he had the thermal stashed, and have either an effective way of disposal ready or have already managed to figure out how to deactivate it.
