Batman (Post-Crisis) vs Composite Human

Round 1: No prep time. Batman has all his equipment except the Batmobile. Composite Human has the best full-body armor in existence that still allows for full mobility (custom made if needed), has two samurai swords, a knife, a pistol and enough stored ammo to reload five times, 20 ninja stars, a syring containing the deadliest poison, a lasso, a taser, pepper spray, and infrared goggles.

Round 2: Both get 6 months prep time.
