RULES:
1) Both get 1 month of prep time prior to the fight.
2) Batman will be aided by the wayne enterprise and justice league during his prep time.
3) Shadow will be aided by the legion and bolo during his prep time.
4) Fighters will have surface-level knowledge about each other.
5) Fight takes place at the accelerator tower (from sf).
6) Speed is not equalised.
7) Both start 100 meters apart from each other
8) Victory by killing the opponent
9) Both are blood lusted (Shadow killed bruce's parents / Bruce killed shadow's wife)
10) Bury the light will be playing during the battle
